Deborah Carroll, later known as Nanny Deb (born December 10, 1961, in the United Kingdom), is a British nanny who appears on the FOX television show Nanny 911, and has been described as being a nanny continuously since 1982. Nanny Deb, a 20-year veteran of the nanny wars, is creative and energetic, and relies on her sense of humor to deal with difficult situations.
