Previously on Moonlight, Maureen, Beth's boss at Buzzwire, was killed and Beth was kidnapped by a suspect in the murder case of her boss, leaving Mick with no choice but to turn into a vampire again and sacrifice his human state in order to save Beth.

The paranormal romance continues this week with the episode “Click.”

Warning: Spoilers ahead.

The 14th installment of Moonlight follows Mick (Alex O'Loughlin) as he is hired to protect Tierney Tate, a promising Hollywood starlet, after she feels threatened by overly aggressive paparazzi.  Mick accompanies the actress and her boyfriend Scott to a party at an art deco bar where Beth (Sophia Myles) also shows up.  There seems to be some serious trust issues between Tierney and Scott, driving Mick to become concerned.  Later, however, Tierney gets murdered under Mick's watch.

Meanwhile, Grant Lewis, Maureen's replacement at Buzzwire, orders the staff to print anything and everything, even if they can't back up what they publish.  Because of this, Beth starts questioning the journalistic ethics of her new boss.

Joining the main ensemble on this installment are Peyton List and Greg Pitts.  List, who appears as actress Tierney Tate, is known for her role as Lucy Montgomery on the soap opera As the World Turns where her soap character's popular pairing with older bad boy Dusty Donovan (Grayson McCouch) garnered many fans and a lot of press for the young actress.  Her other credits include roles on One Tree Hill and Big Shots.

Pitts, on the other hand, guest stars as Grant Lewis.  Most recently, he has graced the TV circuit with roles on Grey's Anatomy as Jerry O'Malley and on Sons & Daughters as Tommy “Whitey” White.

Also returning are Jacob Vargas (Guillermo), David Blue (Logan) and Eric Winter (ADA Benjamin Talbot).

Moonlight airs every Friday at 9pm on CBS.
