Biography

Suleka Mathew has worked extensively as a professional actress in film, television, radio and theatre for over seventeen years. By the age of ten, the theater allowed her to blossom and proved to be a tremendous creative outlet that sustained her throughout elementary and high school. Television audiences know Mathew for her role as Dr. Sunita "Sunny" Ramen on the acclaimed and award-winning Canadian dramatic series, "Da Vinci's Inquest." An international hit, the series recently made its syndicated debut in the United States. She also had a recurring role, on the Emmy Award(r)-winning "The West Wing," as well as Stephen King's "Dead Zone," and co-starred in Hallmark Entertainment's sci-fi miniseries "Final Days of the Planet Earth." She plays the role of Sara in the TV series "Men In Trees".
