Most of the drama that surrounded the finale and now the reunion of The Real Housewives of New Jersey
season 4 all started at the Posche fashion show. And while the whole cast was busy blaming Teresa Giudice
for setting up her sister-in-law, Melissa Gorga, to be exposed as a stripper, the real culprit might have just flown under the radar.
"Did I know what I was getting us into? Yes," Kim DePaola (or more commonly known on RHONJ
as simply "Kim D."), the owner of Posche Boutique told Star magazine
. "Did Teresa [know]? Not at all. I know for a fact that Melissa worked at Lookers and was a dancer."
Not only is Kim D. coming clean about the setup, she continues to assert that Melissa is lying about her past.
"Not only have eyewitnesses told me, random people have come into my store saying she was a dancer not a bartender," Kim D. said. "Melissa doesn't like the word 'stripper,' so we'll call her a 'dancer.'"
Teresa Giudice also hinted that Kim D. will cop to her part in the setup in the second part of the reunion show that airs this Sunday.
"Someone reveals what really happened [at the reunion]," Teresa said during her visit on The Wendy Williams Show
. "Sometimes people do things because things are done to them."
And in Kim D.'s opinion, which apparently someone actually asked her for, Melissa and Teresa are very unlikely to ever be friendly with each other again and that their family is permanently damaged.
"There's way too much water under the bridge," she said. "There's no hope for them ever having a good relationship. It's done." Gina PusateriContributing Writer(Image courtesy of Bravo)
