-Drama Medium follows the life of Allison Dubois, who is portrayed by Patricia Arquette, as a medium for the Phoenix, Arizona district attorney's office. Allison uses her psychic abilities to communicate with the dead and uncover clues that lead to the arrest and convictions of the culprits. Allison has to overcome the stigma in law enforcement over relying and trusting guidance from paranormal sources to help them solve crimes. Medium airs on NBC and is patterned and based off the real life of Allison Dubois.

Miguel Sandoval, who was born on November 16, 1951 in Washington, D.C., first acted professionally when he became a part of a mime school in New Mexico. His started to get film roles during the early 80s, appearing in movies like Jungle Fever, and Jurassic Park. His most recent film is Rodrigo Garcia's Nine Lives. Sandoval's TV stints include Frasier and the X:Files.

Manuel Devalos is played by Miguel Sandoval on NBC's hit drama series Medium. Devalos is a district attorney in Phoenix, Arizona, and he is the boss of Allison DuBois. He had to be convinced at first to let Allison use her psychic abilities to help solve cases.
