Tristan Gemmill was born in 1967 in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, England. His family moved to Australia when he was 15, where he studied drama at Melbourne University. He returned to England after another ten years and went on to pursue his acting. He has appeared on popular British dramas such as The Bill, Coronation Street, EastEnders, Strictly Confidential and London’s Burning.

Dr. David York, played by Tristan Gemmill, is Meadowlands’ chief physician. Handsome and with uncompromising integrity, Dr. York’s guilt-ridden past and present are set to collide in devastating proportions.
