Lucy Cohu was born in 1970 and was trained at the Central School of Speech and Drama. She has worked extensively on television and has appeared in shows like Poirot, Sweet Medicine and the TV adaptation of Daphne Du Maurier’s Rebecca. She was nominated for “Best Performance by an Actress” at the BAFTA for her portrayal of Princess Margaret on the TV/movie, The Queen’s Sister. She was also part of the ensemble cast of Robert Altman’s highly acclaimed movie, Gosford Park.

Evelyn Brogan, played by Lucy Cohu on Meadowlands, is the 39-year old wife of bar owner, Danny Brogan. She loves her husband and they share an intense sexual chemistry but she has had to live in constant disappointment of him.
