Making the Band

-Reality Making the Band is a reality television show from MTV hosted by famed rapper and record producer Sean Combs, a.k.a. Diddy. It follows the mogul’s nationwide talent search to handpick young men and women to be part of a performing group and musical act, and shows the chemistry and tension that ensues between members along the way. Those who don’t make the cut and please the crowds get sent home by Diddy, while he backs up and supports those who do. The show gave rise to the careers of Da Band, O-Town, and Danity Kane, and is set for an all-new fourth season on the way.

Brian Andrews used to cope with his everyday financial needs by working at a doggie daycare, but ever since he auditioned for MTV's reality search Making the Band 4, his life has started moving in a better direction. He ended up being one of the five who were chosen to be members of executive producer P. Diddy's all-male super-group. MTV.com says that Brian's greatest weakness is his temper. He is working on his attitude now that he has to cooperate with bandmates in order to produce their debut album. With a great talent to back him up, Brian's definitely got a long way to go.
