Aundrea Aurora Fimbres was born on June 29, 1983 in Upland, California.  She is of a Mexican descent.  Aundrea started belting out songs as soon as she learned how to talk.  By the time that she was eight years old, she was already a regular face seen at the church choir.  Not surprisingly, she moved on to join numerous school plays afterwards.  When she was still a teenager, Aundrea was a member of the group called Intrigue, where she mostly sang pop songs.  Her days with Intrigue polished her talent and further develop her love for performing.

In 2005, Aundrea auditioned for MTV's reality show Making the Band 3.  Together with Aubrey, D. Woods, Dawn and Shannon, she belonged to the final group of five females who named themselves Danity Kane.  Aundrea is considered as the baby of the group, not because she is the youngest, but because she is the shortest.  This girl stands only 5' tall.  But the height definitely does not compromise talent as this soprano has the highest vocal range compared to other members of Danity Kane, according to Dawn Richard.  During season three, she managed to improve and rise as she seemed to become the new leader of the group.  She was chosen to lead when the group sang “Hold Me Down.”  But being on Making the Band 3 also gave Aundrea a hard time balancing personal and professional life.  Her issues with her boyfriend started to pile up until the couple finally broke up, much to her and the other girls' dismay.  This upset Aundrea but the group was very supportive.  Fans will be seeing Aundrea again in the next season of Making the Band 4 where Danity Kane and all the other winners from Making the Band 4 season one will all move in and record new albums.
