Dennis Diaz is featured as a contestant in the MTV network’s competitive reality television series Making Menudo. He is 19 years old and hails from the iconic town of New York City. This resident of the Big Apple is the oldest competitor among the finalists, with several years of entertainment experience well under his belt. His earliest forays into the world of show business began when he started to study at the esteemed and reputable High School for the Performing Arts in New York City. Dennis has gone through a respectable bevy of work experiences, having proven himself as a talented backup singer and performing onstage in theater productions.

He has worked together with the legendary likes of Elton John, as well as American Idol veterans Fantasia Barrino and Ruben Studdard. As he competes for a slot in the new 5-man group for Menudo, Dennis is hoping that his work ethic combined with his passion for performing will prove to be enough for judges, allowing him to fully step out of support roles in the background and to be showcased in the spotlight with Menudo.
