CJ is wearing way too much eye make-up and it's distracting. However, once I got beyond the bad eye makeup I really liked CJ. She works for a private investigator, which could explain the gigantic hat she is wearing--perhaps she is undercover? I can only hope. Despite being only 18-years-old, CJ is almost done with her BA in physics, because she started college at 15! She originally started modeling to help pay for school, but ended up falling in love with the industry. CJ claims she is a fast learner, which she must be to have entered college at 15, and we could see her going far in the competition.

Colin is handsome in an All-American, Clark Kent type of way. We foresee women voter's going wild for him. Not only is Colin gorgeous, he's smart too. He works at a lab that does neuroscience research and admits to having some "very nerdy attributes." Though he has never modeled before, Colin sees his inexperience as a strength. "I'm a blank canvas and I'm not coming in with any preconceived notions." If he performs well in front of the camera and can figure out a decent runway walk, I could see Colin making it all the way to the finals of Make Me A Supermodel.

Gabriel comes across as super creepy and socially awkward. He looks like Colin Farrell when he was still a drug addict, and I don't mean that as a compliment. Gabriel says he'd like to be a supermodel because it would allow him to pretend to be several different types of people, which is a totally reasonable answer. However he continued by saying "so I could be a drug addict one day and a serial killer the next." Because when I think high fashion--I think posing like a serial killer? Step away from the disturbed model. The rest of Gabriel's interview leaves me just as cold (and frightened), when asked what his personal style was, he responded "f*ck fashion." An answer, that I'm sure will go over great in the fashion industry. Gabriel is our pick for the first elimination.

Despite sharing the most personal information of any of the contestants, Jonathan's interview was completely unmemorable. While our first thought about Jonathan was "lovely accent, speak to me gorgeous." However, I soon became bored with his over-sharing. Jonathan was born in the UK and came to the US because he "met a guy and decided to make a TV pilot." After arriving in the US that "all went to crap" and Jonathan found himself living in the United States as an illegal alien. Luckily, he met a nice American girl and got married and had a baby. Now Jonathan wears a lot of black and dreams of being a supermodel while building custom bathrooms for rich people. His look is strong, but I don't foresee Jonathan going far in the competition, he doesn't have "it."
