For winning the challenge Sandhurst gets to go to a go-see with Buffalo Jeans, his first go-see of the season. Sandhurst asks Branden to go with him to the go-see, wisely deciding to leave Jonathan at home. At the go-see Sandhurst struggles with the sample sizes fitting over his dancer's thighs. The samples fit Branden perfectly, so maybe it wasn't such a good idea to bring the douche along. While the designers like both Sandhurst and Branden, they chose not to book either of them because they are looking for an edgier model.
After a surprise attack with a personal trainer, it's time for this week's runway challenge. This week's runway show is all about a refined, wealthy, country look--thinking jodhpurs, corduroy, and tweed. For this runway the models will have to exude the stature of refined wealth and elegance. After a lackluster photo shoot Jordan is really feeling the pressure to bring a strong runway performance, while Branden is worried he can't do wealthy without looking like a cocky jackass.
First down the runway is Amanda and she is way over-doing it. Her walk is too sexy and posey at the end of the runway.
Colin's next and while his walk is fine, it's nothing special and he kind of over does the pose at the end of the runway too.
For her catwalk Mountaha is trying to channel Princess Diana, which apparently works--the judges think she looks perfect.
While Maggie Rizer thinks Branden is awfully good looking on the runway, his walk is a bit bouncy and over-the-top.
Salome is stunning walking down the runway, with the confidence of someone who knows she is not going home.
Jonathan tries to channel his childhood in the English countryside for his catwalk, but he looks strangely stiff in his shoulders and upper torso.
Jordan looks gorgeous on the runway but delivers her most dull performance of the season.
Last down the catwalk is Sandhurst. Though Sandhurst looks gorgeous in tweed, the sample sizes are once again too small. How is this something we weren't aware of the entire season and suddenly it's a huge problem?
It's time for judging. This week our regular cast of characters will be joined by actual supermodel Maggie Rizer and Harry Josh, who not only has two first names, but also used to be a casting agent for Marc Jacobs. After the judges combine the scores, we have the strongest and weakest models left standing on the runway: Amanda, Branden, Colin, Jonathan, Mountaha, and Sandhurst. And now it's time for the judges critiques and compliments.
Sandhurst: has an excellent picture, but Harry Josh is concerned about Sandhurst's size. Turns out 6'3'' is a litle too tall for a male model. Jenny Shimizu squelches that comment and says she basically loves everything about Sandhurst.
Jonathan: Harry Josh looks at Jonathan and sees one thing: money. Lots and lots of money, calls Jonathan a "million dollar model." He says that Jonathan's face shape is perfect for a million different things, but that he needs to work on relaxing his shoulders on the runway.
Amanda: doesn't know when to be sexy. The judges think her runway walk was "too sassy and too playful," while Maggie Rizer quips about her photo. "The way you're laying on the horse, you might as well take off all your clothes."
Mountaha: the judges loved Mountaha on the runway, especially Harry Josh who thinks she has a special face. He says if he saw her walk in a show that not only would he remember her face, that he'd ask about who she was after the show. Unfortunately, the judges aren't nearly as fond of Mountaha's photo as her runway performance.
Branden: Harry Josh is earning his keep tonight, because he says that Branden looks like JJ Walker from "Good Times" on the runway. The judges also think Branden's photo is ho-hum, and they worry that their discussion about ego has taken too much of Branden's confidence away.
Colin: the judges basically have nothing good to say about Colin. Jenny Shimizu says the cow is the best part of his photo and Harry Josh says he looked like an actor, instead of a model on the runway.
At the end of judging, Tyson says he's just not sure that Colin is getting the whole supermodel thing fast enough. Nicole also takes her time to talk about Colin, instead of the girls she is mentoring. She asks the judges to "please not send Colin home, because he's so charming." Damn Colin, maybe you could loose your virginity to an actual supermodel on the show, because Nicole seems to fancy you. It's decision time, first up is the winners. While Sandhurst had a perfect photo, Jonathan's marketable look and the fact that the judges feel like he could start working as a model tomorrow, wins him his second immunity. Mountaha is visibly pained by not winning this week, but she and Branden are still declared safe. Branden is astonished he wasn't in this week's bottom two, and I kind of am too.
That means this weeks bottom two are Colin and Amanda. Please oh please send Amanda home. Please Bravo gods, please? Tyson tells Colin that he needs to believe he's a model before anyone else will. As for Amanda, Tyson's words are a little more harsh. "Your default is sexy, but modeling is about selling clothes, not sex." Unfortunately, apparently sex sells better than insecurity, because Tyson says that Amanda is safe and that they cant' make Colin into a supermodel. To which I say: WTF? And I'm not the only one, for the first time all season, the judges look upset about Colin's dismissal, especially Nicole who looks like she may puke. Before leaving the runway Tyson has one last nugget of wisdom for Colin: "Go home and get laid." We imagine that won't be a problem at all.
