Mark your calendars, SLOTAT and MIOBI fans, because ABC Family is bringing back two of its top shows starting Monday, March 26. At 8pm, the fourth season of the hit series The Secret Life of the American Teenager will continue, and at 9pm season 3 of the gymnastics drama Make It or Break It will kick off.

The second half of Secret Life's fourth season will pick up right where it ended, with recently graduated Ricky and teenage mom Amy engaged and preparing for their wedding. However, the show promises that there will be new characters and new complications, because nothing is ever easy on this show.

The Secret Life of the American Teenager might also get a boost thanks to the high profile of star Shailene Woodley, who recently scored a Golden Globe nomination for her work on the George Clooney film The Descendants.

Meanwhile, the third season of Make It or Break It is back after a long break just in time to catch Olympic fever. This year the young female gymnasts of the Rock will be competing to earn a spot on the U.S. team competing at the 2012 London Olympics, which is what the show has been building up to ever since it began.

Both Secret Life and Make It or Break It will pick up after ABC Family's current Monday line-up of Pretty Little Liars and The Lying Game end their seasons.
