Michael Gladis is a graduate of the State University of New York, with seven years of theatrical experience under his belt. He has guest-starred on television shows such as Third Watch, Hope and Faith and Law and Order: Criminal Intent. He is a member of Partial Comfort Productions and has also appeared in the film, K-19: The Widowmaker, starring Harrison Ford and Liam Neeson.

Paul, played by Michael Gladis on Mad Men, is a young advertising man climbing the corporate ladder at Sterling Cooper advertising agency.
