Early reports also state that actor Mark Pellegrino is playing a character who mysteriously appears at some key moments in the pasts of the main characters.  He shows up when Locke is thrown out of the window and during Sawyer's parents' funeral.

The man is none other than the infamous Jacob, and he will also show up at a wedding with Asian characters in the background.  However, the wedding is not Sun and Jin's, and as some people theorize, it's also not Charlie and Ji Yeon.  Perhaps it will be Mr. and Mrs. Paik, revealing that Sun's dad is also connected to the Island.

Jacob will also be visiting some other people, including younger versions of Kate, Mr. Friendly, Juliet and her sister Rachel.  Nadia will also make an appearance.

On the Island, something bad will happen at one of the DHARMA stations.  Given the title of this episode, it might be the same incident Dr. Marvin Candle talked about in the Swan orientation video that resulted in pushing the button every 108 minutes.
