Finally, we see the team of Miles, Daniel and Charlotte arriving at the creek, only to be ambushed by the Others. Miles once again puts his psychic abilities on display, but the real mystery is what one of the female Others means when she tells Faraday, “You just couldn’t stay away.” Given what we’ve already seen of Faraday hanging out with Dr. Marvin Candle, I can only assume this means Faraday will, at some point, travel even further into the past, as this is clearly not the first time they’ve met. The interesting thing, however, is that the female Other doesn’t seem to recognize Charlotte or Miles.
