ABC has generously screened the first two hours Lost of season 5 for critics, and while we won't be giving away all the major details, BuddyTV will give a little tidbit about what you can see in these two hours every weekday leading up to the premiere on January 21 at 9pm on ABC.

Here’s a riddle for you: what do Prison Break and Lost have in common? The answer is that both feature characters who share a similar medical condition.

If you’ve been watching Prison Break this season, you’re well aware that Michael Scofield wasn’t feeling well, and his eventual operation was foreshadowed back in the early episodes.

A similar fate will befall on of the characters on Lost in the season 5 premiere, only this character may not have the benefit of a secret Company medical lab.

The character who suffers this mystery medical condition is a series regular, which narrows it down quite a bit. While the person’s fate may be sunny, Lost has already killed off at least nine series regulars, not counting the unknown fates of Jin and Claire or the future death of Locke.
