Lost - 3.17 Catch 22 Preview
Lost - 3.17 Catch 22 Preview
LOST returns tomorrow with the all new Catch 22.  This time we revisit a segment of Desmond's past as he leads Charlie, Jin, and Hurley towards a fate known only to him.

After last weeks revealing 'One of us' was hailed by many as the best episode of LOST this season, can LOST keep up the momentum?

Beware, minor spoiler after the jump!
Not all titles featured on BuddyTV are available through Amazon Prime.

What ABC Says:  Desmond coaxes Charlie, Hurley and Jin on a trek across the jungle after experiencing one of his future-prophesizing "flashes" -- but is he purposely placing Charlie's life in harm's way? Meanwhile, Kate turns to an unwitting Sawyer after seeing Jack alone with Juliet.

We we say: Forget the drama between Kate, Jack, and Juliet... what is up with that helicopter sound in this preview?  Helicopters can only travel relatively short distances, so there must be some large vessel nearby.  Could rescue be at hand?

If you follow the spoilers you probably already know that there is a new character joining the cast in this episode.  The character's name is Naomi and she literally falls from the sky.  She is a parachutist which the gang find tangled up in a tree.  Is it safe to assume she is connected to the helicopter?  Well, yeah.

In the descriptions of future episodes, (and this is where the spoilers really begin so if it's not your thing, look away), this new character will bring some pretty impressive information concerning the Oceanic 815 flight.  What kind of information?  That's what I want to know!  What I'm hearing is that this is information is of a ground breaking, game changing variety, but will be given under conditions where the veracity of it will be called into question.

Can I just go out on a limb here?  Desmond traveled in time, no?  What if when he turned that key he not only traveled in time, but also somehow insulated the island from any changes he might have caused.  This would effectively create an alternate time line which could very well contain duplicates of our 815rs!  Pretty nutty huh?  Could that be why there are rumors that some of the season one cast is being courted to return?
