Critics of LOST, and viewers, noted a considerable decline in the coherence and quality of LOST after co-creator JJ Abrams left to pursue directing the big budget MI: III; well, he’s back! Abrams has returned to co-write the season premiere as well as to help shape the plot for season three (see ‘Abrams Returns to LOST’).
The fruits of his labor have finally made the airwaves and ravenous fans were glued to the cathode (or lcd, or plasma) Cyclops last night to drink of Abrams and company’s nectar. As fans around the world begin to weigh in, (see ‘LOST Season three episode one recap’), LOST producers anxiously await confirmation that the buzz hasn’t died yet. LOST Fan’s who decide to stick with the series this season can look forward to at least some answers, a few have been highly publicized (see ‘LOST answers questions in season three’), and a few more they claim will be pleasant surprises. With rumors of LOST winding down to a big screen finish after season five, however, it would make sense to expect the biggest answers of the LOST conundrum to remain elusive.
