Hoping to catch the season premiere of
LOST on the web? Not gonna happen. ABC will not be joining practically every other network in launching their season premieres online. If you want to see the new
Desparate Housewives or
LOST episodes, you're going to have to tune in like the rest of the world.
"Our research shows that if you give people this opportunity, we would be hurting ourselves," says Mike Benson, senior vice president of marketing for ABC.
Ironically, ABC was the pioneer in internet delivery last season by offerring its most popular shows in a free streaming format.
