American actress Hallie Todd was born on January 7, 1962 in Los Angeles, California. The daughter of producer George Eckstein, she has worked on a number of television productions. Among these are

Kim Possible. Among her memorable roles was portraying the mother of the titular character in
Lizzie McGuire, and playing Lal, the ‘daughter’ and creation of the android Data in
Star Trek: The Next Generation. Todd is married to actor Glenn Withrow, and she helps run In-House Media, a business that specializes in teaching and training young actors.
