Brooke Langton was born to a nurse and geologist on November 27, 1970 in a copper mining town in Arizona. Years later, her family moved to Texas, where she continued her high school education, entering the drama department and participating in school plays. She moved on to San Diego State University to major in marine biology, however her interest in acting proliferated, thus she flew to Los Angeles to study acting with Larry Moss. Langton then appeared in several television series such as

Beverly Hills 90210,
Baywatch,
Chicago Hope,
Party of Five,
Melrose Place,
Weeds and
Friday Night Lights where she played Jackie Miller.
Constance Griffiths of
Life is played by Brooke Langton. Constance is the lawyer of Charlie Crews, who was wrongfully sentenced for twelve years in jail for a crime he did not commit. After reopening the case and having him exonerated, Constance helps Charlie put his life back together by giving back his badge and gun. Never leaving his side, Constance stands by her friend and colleague as gets a second chance at life.
