Both Cate (Shiri Appleby) and Baze (Kristoffer Polaha) aren't exactly big fans of Lux's (Britt Robertson) boyfriend Bug (guest star Rafi Gavron) on Life Unexpected, so they would be pleased to know that a new love interest is in the offing for their dear daughter. Zap2it reports that Life Unexpected creator Liz Tigelaar is teasing that a "mini-Baze" might come between Lux and Bug.
Tigelaar adds that fans of Lux's pina coladra-dreaming family need not worry, because they will see more of Bug and Tasha (guest star Ksenia Solo), throughout Life Unexpected's inaugural season as both are "a big part" of the series. Lux's friendship with Tasha and her relationship with Bug, as mentioned, will constantly be challenged because of the recent changes in her life, that includes, among others, not being in foster care anymore, living with her birth parents, and changing schools.
But back to the new love interest for Lux. Zap2it reports that the guy will be played by
Zoey 101 alum Austin Butler and will turn up in a couple of weeks. Tigelaar also teases that if you think Bug's motorcycle-riding, leather jacket-wearing person is hot, you will be pleased to know that the new entrant to
Life Unexpected will be very hot as well.
Know what this means? Other than the Cate-Ryan-Baze triangle, we have another love-related quandary. I'm not sure if that's a good thing, though.
