Casey is featured as one of the members of the cast in the MTV reality television series Life of Ryan. He is 18 years old, the best friend of Ryan and the oldest one in their circle of friends. As he enters the world of adulthood, he’s faced with some of the toughest times of growing up. He has just recently graduated from high school and will have to head off to college soon, yet he also has to cope with the recent divorce of his own parents, just like the Sheckler boys. By some very odd chance and coincidence, both his parents and Ryan’s got divorced on the same day, which simply strengthened the bonds of friendship between the two teenagers.

While the difficult changes and upheavals in their families shook them both, they learned to rely on each other for emotional support and share their experiences together. Casey has been described as being calm and level-headed, maintaining a mellow outlook while still staying physically active. Like his girlfriend Taylor, he enjoys aquatic sports such as surfing and wakeboarding, as well as skating and motocross racing with Ryan. And while he doesn’t match Ryan’s level of professional skill on a board, he’s still one of the people that Ryan deeply trusts for advice about life.
