Eric Bogosian first came to prominence as a monologist, writing and starring in a critically acclaimed series of solos for which he won three Obies and a Drama Desk Award: “FunHouse,†“Drinking in America,†“Sex, Drugs, Rock & Roll,†“Pounding Nails in the Floor with My Forehead†and “Wake Up and Smell the Coffee.†In addition to their New York runs, he has performed them extensively through the U.S. and abroad. Bogosian joins the cast of “Law & Order: Criminal Intent,†Dick Wolf’s third installment of the “Law & Order†brand, where he plays Captain Danny Ross.
Captain Danny Ross recently headed a successful three-year Joint Task Force on International Money Laundering and was subsequently promoted to the Major Case Squad. He brings Detective Wheeler with him from the Joint Task Force and partners her with Detective Logan.
