
Jason Wahler, former cast member on the show
Laguna Beach, was arrested early Sunday at a Seattle Hotel, Waterfront Marriott. He was actually found unconscious on the third floor and even ranted several racial and homophobic slurs to a cop. This is Wahler’s fourth arrest in the past nine months. This time, he was being charged with criminal trespassing and assault against a police officer.
Last September 1, he was detained in New York and charged with drug possession, resisting arrest and bribery. His second arrest came on March 3, 2007, when he was charged with underage drinking and resisting a police officer in Greenville, North Carolina. Shortly, he was sentenced to 60 days in the Los Angeles County Jail for knocking out a tow truck driver while intoxicated in 2006.
Wahler, a 20-year old native of Orange County, California, is best known for his inclusion on the second season of the reality show
Laguna Beach. In addition, he also appeared as the boy friend of
Lauren “LC” Conrad, co-star on
Laguna Beach, on the spin off series
The Hills.
According to reports, Wahler and two friends got into a fight in the hotel’s lobby just after 2 a.m. They were found wrestling and upon the discovery of the hotel security, Wahler became very hostile, yelling and uttering curses. After more threats to officers, he was booked into King County Jail and released on bail Sunday afternoon. He is scheduled to appear in North Carolina’s Pitt County District Court on April 18 to answer to his previous charges and has until May 4 to turn himself into the LA County Jail to begin serving a 60 day jail sentence rooted from his previous charges and arrests.
