Pixie Acia is a tattoo artist who has a passion for elaborate color. Her body is adorned with tattoos of Care Bears, cup cakes and other images that scream, "Happy!" This make-up and tattoo artist is a former Fear Factor show winner who used to work as a body piercer in Minnesota before moving to Los Angeles in 2003. Today, she resides in Los Angeles with her two pitbulls and her cat.

Pixie Acia is the manager at Kat Von D's High Voltage Tattoos in Los Angeles. She appears on LA Ink with four other tattoo artists who strive to keep up with the unending list of clients from all over the world and from all walks of life. LA Ink follows their trials and triumphs as a team, as they overcome every day’s workload.
