Last week on
Kyle XY, things got sticky for the Trager family when a social worker paid a visit and members of the household struggled to keep a lid on their individual secrets. In the episode “Grounded,” the Tragers became the subject of close scrutiny after an anonymous complaint was filed about Kyle (
Matt Dallas). Kyle happened to be harboring the fugitive Amanda (
Kirsten Prout), while Lori (
April Matson) was guarding a secret stash of beer in her closet.
Tonight, Kyle is torn between his new assignment and his relationship with Amanda. Find out whether Kyle is able to undertake his new task in tonight's
Kyle XY episode entitled “Between a Rack and a Hard Place.”
Warning: Spoilers ahead.
Fearing the possibility that Jessi (Jamie Alexander) is merely becoming a puppet for Brian Taylor's (Martin Cummins) dark deeds, Adam Baylin (J. Eddie Peck) returns with a new and all-important task for Kyle. Baylin entrusts Kyle with the responsibility of shadowing Jessi and serving as a positive beacon in her life.
In still more spoilers to tonight's
Kyle XY, complications arise when Kyle has to deal with Amanda's resentment of his connection with Jessi, something Amanda can't quite comprehend. Will Kyle do Adam's bidding and stay close to Jessi? Or will Kyle succumb to his upset girlfriend and keep his distance? Elsewhere, Josh (
Jean-Luc Bilodeau) is left in charge at The Rack, and finds himself overwhelmed when things go haywire.
“Between a Rack and a Hard Place” airs on
Kyle XY from 8-9 tonight on ABC Family.
