Dale Alvin Gribble is one of the Hills’ neighbors, a chain-smoking individual who works as an exterminator and a bounty hunter. He has dark skin that possibly came from a Jamaican ancestor. He loves to research and believe in all sorts of conspiracy theories. Dale has his own business called Dale’s Dead-Bug, and drives around the block using his 1984 white Dodge Caravan. He loves to hang out and drink Alamo Beer with his neighbors, including Hank. Dale has a right-hand man named Octavio who helps him carry out his illegal activities.
