The third season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians
premiered just a few days ago, and fans once again witnessed the madcap ways of the famous family. But you may be wondering what it's like on the other side of the television screen. It wasn't easy for Kim Kardashian
and the rest of the clan to face a whole new set of problems, and she told audiences about it through her blog.
“At the beginning of Sunday night's episode, Khloe and I share photos of our trip to Australia, including ones of a koala attacking me!” Kim Kardashian wrote. “Who knew that very trip would lead to Khloe going to jail!?”
“I'm honestly so proud of Khloe for really learning her lesson and not continuing the cycle,” she continued. “There are no excuses for drinking and driving. It's dangerous and so selfish to drink if you are going to get behind the wheel. It's just not acceptable, but I'm glad we can tell our story in hopes other families will learn from our mistakes.”
That issue wasn't the only thing on Kim's mind though. Since the whole incident was an incredible eye-opener for the whole family, it became more difficult for the Kardashians to keep it together. It was especially troubling for their mother, Kris.
On MSN TV, Kim relates how emotional the experience was for the entire family, as it forced the family to relive moments they'd rather forget. “What you may not have caught on this Sunday's episode is that Khloe's attorney Shawn Chapman Holley worked on the O.J. Simpson case with my father,” she wrote.
“This whole legal situation brings back many memories for my mom,” Kim went on. “She has never dealt with my dad's death and always tries to keep a happy face when we are sad. She has always felt that if she were in my dad's life then he would still be here! She finally realizes she has to move and on and find peace. All of this at the same time Khloe is dealing with going to jail.”
Speaking of the event some more, Kim said that she understands how her sister tries to keep the family calm, despite all the anxiety within her. “Khloe acts as if she is so tough and strong, but I happen to know that she was shaking and actually really nervous. To help us not to freak out so much, she does a good job of trying to hide her nervousness.”
