Keeping Up with the Kardashians: A False Alarm from Pregnant Kourtney
With December 25 comes a number of births, but Kourtney Kardashian is busy anticipating just one.  As most of us know, the star of Keeping Up with the Kardashians is due to bring her baby boy to the world on that holiday.  As that time nears, she and her family constantly worry that she might go off at any minute.

So goes the news that the reality TV mom-to-be thought that her water broke over the weekend, only to find out that it was a false alarm.  Her sisters and stepdad Bruce Jenner talked to Ryan Seacrest last week, divulging the story on his radio show, People reports.

Kim Kardashian explained, "Kourtney thought her water broke."  The eldest Kardashian sibling was sitting in a restaurant a few days ago when she panicked a bit, because she wasn't sure what was happening.

Khloe picked up the tale where Kim left off.  "She's never experienced it; she has no idea.  She was out at lunch - this is TMI - and some fluid came down her leg and she was like, 'My water broke!'"

The expectant mother then sent a message to her sister to tell her.  "She bbm'd me and I go, 'No, no, no, you will know.  You're fine.'" Khloe said.

Both sisters didn't expect Kourtney to be the first to be a mom among them.  But they're glad things are changing for their sibling.  "The baby is going to put everything in perspective for her," Khloe explained.

Unfortunately, things aren't changing as quickly for Kourtney's boyfriend Scott Disick.  Even so, he's doing his best to be there for the mother of his son.

"We're working on Scott.  He's kind of a work in progress," Bruce Jenner declared.  "He's been doing very well lately, and I'm proud of him from that standpoint."

Kim also noticed the transformation, albeit a slow one, in Scott.  "He's been trying really hard," she added.

While we haven't quite heard about any wedding plans Kourtney and Scott have, there's hope that they'll go that route.  But before all that, there's their son to wait for, and he's getting ready to arrive very soon.
