These celebrities will do anything to prove how much they care. E! Online reports that the several stars of Keeping Up with the Kardashians have given the public the chance to beat them up, all for a good cause.
Next month marks the start of the Kardashian Charity Knock Out, wherein the reality TV celebrities will go face-to-face with anyone who bids highest to take them on in the boxing ring. All proceeds will go to the family's favorite charity, The Dream Foundation.
Those willing to participate can have their pick of an opponent, which includes the newlywed Khloe, her sister Kim, their brother Rob, and stepdad Bruce Jenner. While Kourtney can't join in because she's pregnant and all, her boyfriend Scott Disick will be taking her place.
"My first initial thought was 'Are you serious?!'" Khloe told the publication. "But then I slowed my thoughts down and heard it was for charity. So I started asking questions, but I was still nervous. I mean, who willingly wants to get hit in the face with others watching?"
As for Kim Kardashian, she's more excited than anxious. "This is probably one of the oddest but most fun things we've ever done for charity!" she wrote on her blog. "On November 3 Khloe, Rob, Bruce, Scott and I are being auctioned off for charity!"
Kim added: "I have been practicing my boxing moves! You may have seen me in Facebreaker! Hahaha!"
They're practicing indeed, because they're planning on making it difficult for any contenders that come their way. So far they've been heading to the gym and training with Oscar de la Hoya's former trainer.
Of course, charity isn't the only reason why the Kardashians are doing this. The whole scene will be filmed for
Keeping Up with the Kardashians as well.
Details about the bidding process can be found on
CharityBuzz.com, or you can just read Kim's take on it. She wrote: "The winning bidder gets to step into the boxing ring and fight against one of us in the Kardashian Charity Knock Out at the Commerce Casino, presented by Chet Koerner's TKO Boxing Promotions and PR Entertainment, Inc."
