Heading down south for this year's Make-A-Wish Ball, Kim Kardashian
led the way as the Saturday night emcee in the Intercontinental Miami Hotel. The star of the reality series Keeping Up with the Kardashians
was all dolled up for the event, stepping into the stilettos of Sharon Stone to host. Kim was fresh from her Dancing with the Stars
stint, from which she was eliminated earlier this year. However, she admits that she misses the dance moves.
“'I will be dancing -- but not in a professional way,” Kim revealed. She's already looking forward for another performance with her dancing partner, Mark Ballas
. It seems as though the dance fever hasn't left the reality star.
“I am getting excited for the finale when Mark Ballas and I go back for our last dance,” she said.
Kim appears to be one of the lucky ones to leave Dancing with the Stars
this early, because this season has been overwhelmed with injuries and illnesses. Off the cameras though, the reality star has had some bad luck of her own. She cut her foot on a glass table last August, while her boyfriend Reggie Bush had knee surgery recently. Since everything's going well nowadays, Kim decided to have some fun after all.
“Miami is one of my favorite towns. I love the hot weather,” she exclaimed. “When I am there I always stop and eat at Prime 112. The fried Oreos are unreal!”
While Kim's relaxing and indulging on her food, her reality series is also loosened up with a different beat of music. Florida-based rockers Phoenix Block have committed themselves to providing a song for an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians
The Kardashian sisters will be airing the Phoenix Block single “The Ugly Side of You” on an upcoming installment of the series. The band has also obtained TV placements on shows like Bromance
, Parental Control
and Life of Ryan
. It won't take long for them to be heard on Keeping Up with the Kardashians
, which returns next year for its third season.
