In addition to his other filmmaking skills, Quentin Tarantino has a pretty uncanny knack for casting. He's helped redeem and/or resurrect the careers of stars who had fallen off the A-list or who had never managed to work themselves off the B-list. But of course, it's not all benevolence on his part; the presence of a star like Pam Grier or Daryl Hannah brings with it an extra layer of nuance for the audience that the casting of a current top-draw actor might not.
Now, there are rumblings that he wants to possibly remake the Russ Meyer camp classic
Faster Pussycat! Kill! Kill! and with it, maybe give the chance to earn a little Tarantino cache to two tarnished stars, including, it's said,
Keeping Up with the Kardashians star
Kim Kardashian.

I guess everyone has to start somewhere.
If you haven't seen Faster Pussycat! Kill! Kill!, you might still be familiar with some parts of it; Rob Zombie is a fan of the film and featured several audio samples from the Meyer's film in some of his earlier songs with White Zombie. The 1965 film is about three inexplicably violent strippers who go on a crime spree.
And it's also about cleavage. Lots and lots of cleavage.
So if, in fact, Tarantino is serious about potentially casting Keeping Up with the Kardashian's buxom beauty, Kim, she will certainly be coming to the film with at least one major qualification in place.
It's also said along with Kim, he would like to cast Eva Mendes, and, in one of his genius career-redeeming moves, Ms. Britney Spears.
Of course, Tarantino's actual filmic output never quite seems to keep pace with the number of ideas he appears to have, so who knows if the film would ever come to be, or if these were just some vague wishful thoughts said aloud.
If it did come to be, though, it would be – at least as of now – the biggest project that Kim would ever be attached to that wasn't either a reality television show or a homemade sex tape. And while Keeping Up with the Kardashians was successful enough to come back for a second season, surely some experience on the big screen would be a welcome move for the starlet as well.
