Kim, who is now four months pregnant with Kanye West's baby, arrived in Paris on Sunday to attend a Givenchy Show with her rapper boyfriend. She reportedly returned to L.A. on Tuesday and was brought to the doctors immediately after experiencing stomach pains.
"Kim started feeling ill on the plane from Paris, and called friends as soon as she landed," an insider said. "She was rushed to her doctor Tuesday night in tears. She thought she was having a miscarriage."
Fortunately, it was a false alarm. Kim's sister Khloe Kardashian assured fans that both "mommy and baby are doing fine".
"A lot of you have expressed concern in the recent hours about Kim, and I just wanted to let you all know that mommy and baby are doing fine and just taking it easy right now," Khloe wrote in a post on her website
Thursday. "Thank you so much to all of our wonderful fans and loved ones for your concern and support. We love you!"
Doctors have reportedly ordered Kim to get more rest. According to a source, "Kim's not respecting her pregnancy. She's running around, working out seven days a week. She's working with two different trainers to control her weight, including Tracy Anderson and a pregnancy trainer. She's scared that her ass is as big as a couch and is going south. But she is having a very rough pregnancy, and doctors have ordered her to slow down."
Meanwhile, Kim is following the footsteps of sister Kourtney Kardashian now that she has already started a Mommy Blog on Celebuzz.com
. Her first post entitled "Perfect Maternity Jeans" seemed to be well-received by her fans, acquiring more than 500 likes in just two days.
