Yesterday, on Black Friday, while many people crowded mall across the country hunting for the best deals, hundreds of teenage fans waited outside of a New York City bookstore for the chance to meet The Jonas Brothers and get a copy of their new book, autographed by the trio. According to the New York Daily News, fans lined up for hours, even days, for the chance to get close to Kevin, Nick and Joe. The boys met up with their fans at Barnes and Noble on 46th and 5th in midtown Manhattan and only the first 500 people in line were given wristbands to head inside. "I spent $1,000 on the trip for my daughter, Monica," said one mom from Chicago. "We got here Friday at 1 p.m. and we ran here."

The book, “Burning Up: On Tour With The Jonas Brothers”, hit stores on November 18th and gives fans an inside look at life on the road. The introduction to the book, written by the brothers themselves, reads, “We are thrilled to share this rare and never-before-seen collection of photos that depict our favorite memories of being on the road. We always try to keep you in the loop on what's happening with us by regularly posting on our blog and putting up new videos on YouTube that we make just for you. With this book we want to open up our lives in a special way so that you can experience the excitement and fun we get to live each and every day.”

This coming week, The Jonas Brothers will help celebrate Christmas by performing at the lighting of the tree at Rockefeller Center along with good friend Miley Cyrus.  The event will be hosted by Al Roker and Jane Krakowski and will be broadcast live in Wednesday, December 3, at 8pm ET.  Christmas in Rockefeller Center will also feature performances by: Beyonce, Tony Bennett, Neil Boyd, Harry Connick Jr., David Cook, Rosie O'Donnell and the Broadway Kids, Faith Hill, Rascal Flats and Solange Knowles as well as more surprise guests.
