Look out for
The Jonas Brothers! The trio, made famous by Disney, have a reality show, a Disney Channel Original Movie, and a hit tour happening all at once. They recently wrapped their “Look Me In The Eyes” tour and their “Burnin’ Up” tour kicks off May 10th in Irvina, CA. After that, they’ll stop at Z100’s Zootopia, one of the most famous concerts of the year.
Miley Cyrus, One Republic, and Sarah Bareilles will also perform at Zootopia. From there, they take off for the U.K. and tour with Avril Lavigne.
When the brothers were asked how they planned on topping their "Look Me In The Eyes tour", Nick joked, “We’re definitely talking about having some fire and maybe some explosions. We’re going to swallow swords of fire!” When the tour wraps, the band will focus on the release of their third album, “A Little Bit Longer”, will hits stores on August 12th. Before that, the soundtrack to their movie,
Camp Rock, will become available on June 17th. The album will also feature songs with
Camp Rock stars Demi Lovato and Alyson Stoner singing. The movie premieres on the Disney Channel 3 days later on June 20th and will be released on DVD in August.
The Jonas Brothers previously toured with the friend Miley Cyrus on the wildy popular Best of Both Worlds tour where Cyrus performed as herself and as her alter ego,
Hannah Montana. A story was published this week in Star magazine, saying that arguments between Miley and the brothers escalated into full blown fights during the tour. There are even rumors of a falling out between them. Apparently, The Jonas Brothers never wanted to be an opening act for Cyrus. "They feel they are stars in their own right and don't need her to be successful,” a source said.
