More Money Matters for 'Jon and Kate's Joint Bank Account, Less Reality Shows
Once again, the Jon and Kate Plus 8 drama revolving around financial problems continues for the two Gosselin parents.  If we recall, the two had to appear in court recently due to anomalies in their joint bank account.  Kate accused Jon of taking more than a $200,000 from it without her permission, but it looks like that's slowly being settled by the father of eight.

People reports that over the weekend, Jon Gosselin managed to return $28,500 to his estranged wife, who is still waiting for the remaining $152,000.  Kate's attorney, Mark Momjian, released a statement saying he received an e-mail from Jon's lawyer Mark Heller.  The message said he already had the money, but it wasn't received by Kate's party yet.

"We still haven't had that money wired to us," Momjian told the publication.  "I have no doubt Jon's lawyer is making an accurate representation but I'm just waiting."

As for Kate Gosselin, she wasn't required by the court to give back any cash.  However, she needed to itemize her expenses spent on the account.  "Kate has complied with the court order in advance of the date," Momjian added.

Jon Gosselin was required to return $180,000, and his lawyer has assured E! News that they're on their way to accomplishing the task.  Heller revealed to the publication that the Jon and Kate Plus 8 dad was in "total compliance with the court's orders."

There will be yet another hearing due for the two reality stars, early this Monday morning in a Norristown, Pa courtroom.  That is, if this whole issue regarding the money has not yet been resolved.

Speaking of money, Jon recently declined an offer to appear in a Florida radio show due to "money problems."  In addition to that, he's also been turning down rumors of starring on other reality series.  Heller spoke on his behalf, saying Jon had to focus on his private life before returning to the spotlight.

"Jon is not doing Amazing Race or any other reality show," the Gosselin dad's lawyer announced.  "No Divorced Dads Club, nothing.  He is focused on his personal life and the matters at hand."
