After his troubles with the media, Jon Gosselin is getting even more from the law. While it sounded as though the Jon and Kate Plus 8 patriarch wanted to turn over a new leaf, who would've thought he meant possible theft? A report from Radar Online says the guy's been emptying the bank account he shares with Kate Gosselin. Is this what "being a man" is all about?
According to the investigation, Gosselin violated an arbitrator's rules and cleared out the cash in the account with Kate. There was only $1,000 left for her. Meanwhile, another account reserved for the Gosselin kids was left untouched.
We all thought he wanted to patch things up with Kate when he announced that he wanted to delay their divorce. With this little stunt he pulled, Jon Gosselin might as well forget about reconciliation.
People magazine has confirmed that the
Jon and Kate Plus 8 mother has begun taking immediate legal action against Jon. She hired her own attorney to combat her ex-husband's, who has been trying to clean up the guy's image this past week.
It's been one hell of a time for this reality TV couple. Jon has just appeared on CNN's
Larry King Live to discuss his "epiphany" about ending TLC since it was harmful for his kids.
"I don't want them to film anymore. I don't think it's healthy for them," Jon announced. "And I -- the reason I don't think it's healthy for them is that we're going through a divorce right now. And I don't think it should be televised. And I think my kids should be taken off the show."
Soon after, he declared how he wanted to put the brakes on the divorce. Unfortunately for him, Kate's attorney Mark Momjian announced that the proceedings will push through. One thing that won't be pushing through is TLC's show, since production has been suspended until further notice.
