The issue was resolved on Wednesday, putting to end the nasty fight between TLC and the reality TV dad.  As most of us know, it included a lawsuit filed by the network due to Jon Gosselin's alleged breach of contract.  The Jon and Kate Plus 8 patriarch supposedly maid several TV appearances without permission.

Conversely, the 32-year-old Jon Gosselin filed a $5-million counterclaim against TLC for damaging his career.  He even forbade the network from filming him and his family, along with ex-wife Kate Gosselin.

Now that that's all over, there seems to be a chance for the famous Gosselins to make a TV comeback.  An inside source told the publication that the network "hopes they will soon be able to film the family again."

That doesn't exactly mean we're getting Jon and Kate Plus 8 once more.  The show wrapped up long ago, and a reconciliation between the two Gosselin parents is unlikely.  However, that may not stop TLC from coming up with new shows for them.  Separate too, we bet.

Earlier reports have already confirmed that Kate Gosselin's own series is underway, which leaves room for her ex-husband to dominate the screen.  With this settlement he reached with the network, there's bound to be something that will pop up.

Jon Gosselin's attorney, Mark Heller, divulged details of the settlement, but had something to say to the Associated Press.  Now that the litigation is at a close, he hopes "his new adventure for TLC and the Gosselins is a much more joyful journey."

Even though we hear rumors of the dad of eight working his way through that, it's still hard to believe.  With the network behind him though, a Jon Gosselin show might just creep out of the corner.
