American actress Emily Rose was born on February 2, 1981 in Renton, Washington. She graduated from Vanguard University of Southern California with a degree in Theater Arts. She also holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from UCLA, where she graduated from in 2006.
Upon leaving the school, Emily Rose landed parts in several television pilots, shows and films. She starred as Precious in Hurricane Party, before getting the part of Verna in the unaired fourth episode of the show Smith. She later got the part of Cass in the short-lived HBO television drama John from Cincinatti. Her character is that of a filmmaker who was formerly employed by Linc Stark (Luke Perry) to seduce Mitch (Brian Van Holt).
Emily Rose later played the female character Elena Fisher on the 2007 Playstation 3 video game Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune, doing voice acting and motion capture for the role. Her next project became a part in several episodes of the series Brothers & Sisters, where she portrayed the character Lena Branigan. This enabled her to work with the cast, which included Sally Field, Dave Annable, Calista Flockhart, Balthazar Getty, Rachel Griffiths, Rob Lowe, Luke Macfarlane, Sarah Jane Morris, Ron Rifkin, Matthew Rhys, Emily VanCamp and Patricia Wettig. In 2008, Emily Rose got parts in The Orphan as Elizabeth Arnold, and was also seen on the series Jericho as Trish Merrick.
She later got the role of Nancy Patterson on the Cold Case episode titled “Slipping.” Her subsequent portrayal was that of Anya Simonson on Without a Trace. She appeared in the episode “Satellites.” After portraying Marybell in the short comedy film The Last Page, she obtained the role of Dr. Tracy Martin on the long-running medical drama series ER. She was seen on the episodes “The Book of Abby” and “Another Thursday at County,” working with the regular cast like John Stamos, Angela Bassett, Goran Visnjic, and Linda Cardellini.
