USA Network has announced that their new series won't be premiering on January 26 as planned. Instead, Common Law will kick off in the summer. But if you can't wait to see Michael Ealy and Warren Kole, watch out for the network's presentation in the upcoming winter TCA Press Tour. [Deadline]

For their midseason lineup, The CW has decided to delay the midseason returns of Ringer and 90210 in favor of their new reality series, Remodeled. Instead of their original premiere date (January 10), 90210 returns on Wednesday, January 17 at 8pm while Ringer returns on Tuesday, January 31 at 9pm.

And to all Sarah Michelle Gellar fans: While you're waiting for her show's return, why not catch this Funny or Die clip where she reunites with Salem from Sabrina the Teenage Witch?

NBC's series about a Marilyn Monroe musical is being eyed by Broadway composer and lyricist Marc Shaiman. With its original songs and compelling characters, there's a huge possibility for its transition onto the stage. But maybe they'll decide on that after the premiere. Catch Smash as it debuts on February 6, 10pm after The Voice. [AOL TV]

Back at the courtroom is Law & Order: SVU star Diane Neal, who'll be playing a defense attorney on CBS' A Gifted Man. According to the series showrunner Neal Baes, she'll be "grilling Patrick Wilson on the stand." The network hasn't announced the date her episode will air though. Watch out for it anyway. [TV Guide]

One person from Ava's past is coming back, and it's a bandmate from her '90s band, Sound LLC. That's right, Alanis Morisette is going to play a hip-hop legend who once collaborated with Maya Rudolph's character. Catch her appearance early next year. [TV Line] 

After the news that Mark Pellegrino got cast on Castle, here's news on Jim Beaver's latest gig. We all know Bobby's fate remains uncertain on Supernatural, but at least we can be sure of Beaver's. 

The actor is slated return to Justified on FX, playing mine manager Shelby, who appeared in season 2. There's a possibility that it's a multi-episode arc extending for several episodes, which, of course, makes us worry about his return to Supernatural. [TV Line]
