As the February 12 return date of Jericho moves closer, CBS is releasing more hints of what we can expect to see in the first episode.  Last week brought us the amazing season two promo video, and now the network is releasing new images from the premiere episode, entitled "Reconstruction."  These photos give us a glimpse of what direction the show will be taking, and make it quite clear that a military presence has invaded the town.

Jake (Skeet Ulrich) and Emily (Ashley Scott) embrace one another, likely celebrating the end of the bloody battle they were in to save the town:



Colonel Hoffman (Esai Morales) tells Jake that the town will look to him for leadership and offers him the position of sheriff:



Following the bloody battle with New Bern, the Cheyenne government steps in to help the townspeople of Jericho, including Jake and Hawkins (Lennie James) rebuild their community:
