Mimi Clark is played by Alicia Coppola in the CBS series, Jericho. A graduate of Vassar College, Mimi hails from Washington, D.C., and is an IRS worker. She is a cold and abrasive woman who no longer has a family, thus concentrating on her career.

Mimi came to Jericho, Kansas to audit the Richmond farm, which oversee the audit and probable foreclosure of the Richmond farm, where she met the deceased owners' offspring, Bonnie and Stanley Richmond. She discovered that the family owed thousands of dollars in debt, and this placed a heavy burden on the siblings.

Later in the day, a calamity struck Jericho and Mimi was forced to stay in the town, seeking refuge in the hotel. However, the town hotel closed and she was forced to look for other places to stay.

After the storm carrying radioactive fallout passed over the town of Jericho, Mimi rushed to the medical center, fearful that she was infected by the toxic chemicals in the water. There she encountered Stanley, who assured her that she would be alright.

Since then, the two developed a relationship, much to the disapproval of Stanley's sister, Bonnie. Mimi admitted to Stanley that she had a hard time dating men, due to her difficult personality. However, the two develop a close bond, and eventually, Bonnie and Mimi also became very good friends. Since then, Mimi's snobbish attitude towards country folk had faded, and was replaced by a warmer and friendlier facade.

Without Mimi's knowledge, Stanley intended to marry her as soon as he got back from the war in New Bern. He even took her to his parents' grave to "meet" them. While Stanley was away from the farm, Mimi took this opportunity to foster a bond between her and Bonnie. She became a mother figure to Bonnie, and initially protested when Bonnie wanted her boyfriend, Sean to the farm to accompany her
