Evelyn "Ev" Smith is from Harrison, New York. She is an aspiring Olympian who risked a college softball scholarship at the University of Arizona and her relationship with her girlfriend just to compete for the Real World/Road Rules Challenge: Fresh Meat challenge. She is into sports and sex, and is a very determined, cocky young girl.

Ev is featured in MTV's Inferno III: Real World / Road Rules Challenge as the same cocky, risk taker that she was back in Real World/Road Rules Challenge: Fresh Meat challenge. She is part of the Bad Asses team where she is reunited with Fresh Meat co-star Kenny Santucci.
