Lori Loughlin was born on July 28, 1964 in Queens, New York. She started her career in the limelight as a print model at the age of twelve. Shortly, she appeared on television commercials as well as national print ads and flyers. She got her first acting break on the soap opera The Edge of Night as Jody Travis. Later, she landed a more prominent role as Rebecca Donaldson on the sitcom Full House. Her other credits included Summerland, Spin City, Seinfeld, The Drew Carey Show, In the Line of Duty: Blaze of Glory and Critical Mass.
Dr. Joanna Lupone is portrayed by Lori Loughlin on the comedy show In Case of Emergency. She studied at Sacred Heart Catholic Girls School in Boston, Massachusetts. Previously, she was a National Merit Scholar and a Westinghouse Science Award Finalist. In addition, she is fond of ballet and field hockey.
