The world of New York (
Tiffany Pollard) is like a topsy-turvy bizarro world. In it, love doesn't develop through time, trust and chemistry, it's earned through a series of potentially humiliating challenges that require you are not only aware of the other people aiming for your target's heart, you're living in the same house with them. In that universe, using aggression isn't tolerated…for a few days until it
is tolerated again. In New York's world, spitting is a horrible insult when done
to you, a forgivable transgression when done
for you.
And here's a little known factoid:
time actually moves faster in New York's world! During the finale of
I Love New York,
Tailor Made asked New York to marry him. She said she couldn't accept his proposal – yet. She needed to wait, as she told him, “24 months.” (Did she think this would sound shorter than saying “two years?”)
And guess what! While in our boring earthly time, it might only have been about six months or so since the taping of
I Love New York wrapped up, in New York time, she's ready to get engaged!

People Magazine reports that Tailor Made (aka George Weisgerber) will be asking New York again on the
I Love New York reunion show that airs on January 6, and this time, she says yes.
Although Tailor Made quit his job with Calvin Klein in order to aim for New York's heart, since he's returned to the non-reality world, he landed a gig as a retail planner for Mark Ecko, so he will be able to keep New York living in the manner to which she's become accustomed, at least minus the 24 other men.
"We've grown so much that both of us know we want to spend the rest of our lives together," Tailor Made has said. "I can't see myself with any other person on this planet and I'm confident that Tiffany feels the same way."
