Megan Hauserman, reality TV starlet who has earned quite a reputation for using her sexuality to get what she wants, is now auctioning the swimsuit she wore on the third episode of
I Love Money on eBay. At present, the “tankini” bidding price is already up to $1,525 with 30 bidders hoping to take home her signature outfit with less than a week left on the auction. Those who are interested can make their offer until Monday, October 20.
“I have listed my black bikini, worn on VH1's I Love Money, on eBay. It is item 320309576067. This is the one and only, actual swimsuit worn to elimination in Mexico. The winning bidder will also receive an autographed picture with the swimsuit. Partial proceeds will go to charity,” Megan wrote on her MySpace blog.
When VH1 asked her what she means by “charity,” Megan's answer was expected: “Spreading awareness for mentally challenged dogs, of course.”
Megan made her reality TV debut on the third season of
Beauty and the Geek where she won along with her partner Alan Zackheim. After her successful reality stint, she tried her hand on the second season of the reality dating series
Rock of Love with Bret Michaels. She earned fifth place as she was eliminated in episode 9 because Michaels never really felt a real “connection” with her.
Determined to make a triumphant return, Megan signed on for
I Love Money, a reality show that features former contestants from
Rock of Love, Flavor of Love, and
I Love New York as they compete for cold cash. During her stint on the show, she claimed she wanted to help "mentally challenged" dogs, and that she adopted a mentally challenged dog, a Chihuahua named Lily. During the competition she gained notoriety for manipulating other contestants into eliminating people she disliked. She finished the competition in third place after deciding to leave on her own accord, as she would have most likely been voted off by a jury of former contestants, all of whom she had a part in eliminating.
At present, Megan can be seen as one of the participants of
Rock of Love Girls: Charm School 2, a reality show where former
Rock of Love contestants compete for $100,000.
