'Sex and the City' Hunk Guest-Stars in Tonight's 'House'
Hugh Laurie and the rest of House are back tonight with another brand-new episode of their hit medical drama.  Tonight's offering entitled “Living the Dream” is the second post-strike original episode following last week's “No More Mr. Nice Guy.”

Jason Lewis, the sexy young stud who romanced and eventually won the heart of the no-strings-attached Samantha (Kim Cattrall) in HBO's Sex and the City, guest-stars as an actor on House's favorite daytime drama.

Since the first season, one of Dr. House's greatest quirks has been his obsession with a General Hospital-esque soap opera.  In tonight's episode, “Living the Dream,” House comes to the unswerving conclusion that one of the stars on his favorite soap, “Prescription Passion,” is suffering from a serious medical condition.

The object of his boob tube-watching diagnosis is Evan Greer, played by Jason Lewis.  House makes his astute assessment of the actor's health situation based on nothing more than his observation of Greer's behavior on television.  He is so convinced of his diagnosis that he decides to take it upon himself to intervene.  Unfortunately for him, neither Greer nor the rest of his medical minion buy into his opinion.

“Hugh Laurie is great,” the 36-year old Lewis told Life & Style.  “It was really fun.”

In other developments, House gets some consolation from Wilson (Robert Sean Leonard) and Amber's first spat, which provides House much delight and satisfaction.  Elsewhere, Cuddy (Lisa Edelstein) is forced pretend when an inspector drops by to conduct a surprise visit to Princeton-Plainsboro.

“Living the Dream” airs at 9 tonight and features other House regulars Omar Epps as Dr. Eric Foreman, Jennifer Morrison as Dr. Allison Cameron, Jesse Spencer as Dr. Robert Chase, Peter Jacobson as Dr. Chris Taub, Kal Penn as Dr. Lawrence Kutner and Olivia Wilde as Thirteen.  Anne Dudek also guest stars as Amber Volakis.
