As reported previously, Universal Home Entertainment will be releasing the fourth season DVD of
House, in which pre-orders are presently being accepted by Amazon prior to its official release date on August 19. Now, more details have emerged that will hopefully give fans more reasons to purchase the much awaited set.
The fourth season of
House premiered on September 25, 2007 and was condensed to 16 instead of the typical 24 installments due to the interruption of the 2007-2008 WGA Strike. The season kicked off with

Hugh Laurie) working fast to diagnose a young woman who survived a collapsed building, without a team since he fired Chase (
Jesse Spencer), and Foreman (
